The KickUp product team has been hard at work preparing a new way for you to track response rates on your survey-based data collection tools. We’ve heard a lot from our clients over the last few years about how difficult it can be to figure who has or has not responded to a particular survey. In response, we’re releasing a new feature called Campaigns. This article will help introduce you to campaigns with the hopes of you being able to setup and track your own campaigns as well.

What can your do with Campaigns?

  • Get a filterable list of who has or hasn’t responded to your survey. See details about respondents like school building, role, and other district-specific metadata.

  • Export the list to a CSV for communication and data review.

Set specific conditions for completion

  • You can easily track responses on surveys for a specific window of time using a start date and end date.

  • You can also use customized attributes collected in the survey to track only specific responses.

  • Your Client Success Manager can help you easily drill down into tracking the right data for you.
