You may want to exporting the raw data from one of your reports into a spreadsheet in order to manipulate the data outside of KickUp. 

To do so, visit the report from which you'd like to export, click the button called "Manage Report" at the top of the page. Then click "Export Data," as shown below.

Note: You may want to first filter the report to narrow the dataset you'd like to export. Your export will respect the filters set.
