Note: This feature is only visible for users with "Manage Growth" permission.
You can copy existing evaluations to make the process of setting up steps and rosters faster.
1. From the Growth main page, find the instance you'd like to copy, click on the three-dot menu and click "Clone". If you're looking for an older instance, don't forget to check your inactive ones!
2. Update the name and year of the evaluation, if needed. By default, the word (copy) will appear at the end of the current evaluation name. The school year field will automatically suggest that the evaluation be attached to the upcoming school year.
3. Decide whether you want to copy rosters, permissions, and scoring. All of the steps configured as part of the cycle will copy regardless of what you select here. If you have automatic scoring enabled in KickUp, you'll see the option to include it in this step.
4. Determine the status of your cloned evaluation and current evaluation. If you are done with your current evaluation, feel free to deactivate it and activate your newly cloned one. Not clicking "activate cloned instance" will leave this new instance inactive, this can be handy if you'd like more time to make additional edits.
5. If you don't activate your cloned evaluation immediately, you can do this at a later time by clicking "Edit" on the specific evaluation and changing the status when you are ready.
