Dashboards is a newer feature set currently in beta. If you'd like access to it, please contact your KickUp Client Success Manager.

You can share dashboards with individual users or groups within your organization, or with external stakeholders via a shareable link.

To share a KickUp dashboard, click the Share button in the top-right corner of the dashboard.

Sharing with specific individuals or groups

  1. Search for specific users or groups of users. Find individual users by name or email, or find groups by name.

  2. Click on the user or group to share the dashboard with them.

  3. For each user or group, assign View (default) or Edit permissions. The Edit permission will enable users or groups to browse all data available in your organization and to make changes to the dashboard, so grant it with caution!

  4. When upgrading someone's permission from View to Edit, you may be prompted to confirm. Click Yes, grant permission to confirm your selection.

  5. Currently, giving users view or edit access does not trigger an email notification, so you may want to message users outside of KickUp to let them know.

To remove a user's or a group's access to the dashboard, click "Remove" next to the user or group in the sharing settings dropdown menu.

Sharing via Link

Using the sharable link enables anyone with the link to view the dashboard without signing in. To use this link:

  1. Click the Copy link button at the bottom of the sharing menu

  2. Share the link via email, messaging tools, or in documents

Since there is no way to track who has accessed a dashboard or to deactivate a link, please use discretion when sharing this link!
