Note: This feature is only visible for users with district-level "View Event Attendance", "Manage Event Attendance", or "Manage Events" permission.

The attendance record table is built to flexibly meet a variety reporting needs—whether that's calculating reimbursements, meeting a compliance requirement, or just getting your data out of KickUp. The rows in this table are attendance records, which is the record of a given staff member being registered for a given learning opportunity within KickUp.

To get started, navigate into the Manage tab of the Learning module. The raw table of attendance records is under the Records tab of the Attendance section. Note: Depending on which permissions you have been granted, you might have a different set of available tabs.

Filtering the data

By default, the records you see in this table are filtered to those that are confirmed (e.g., have credit granted) and pertain to the current school year. To adjust these filters, click on the Filter button.

This will open a sidebar that displays a searchable list of all of the attributes you can filter by. You can filter the records by their confirmation status and completion date, along with attributes of the related staff member or related learning opportunity.

Selecting columns

You can toggle the presence of columns within the table using the Edit Columns button.

This will open a modal that displays, on the left, a searchable list of columns available to add and, on the right, a list of the currently selected columns. Columns can be reorganized by dragging and dropping them in the right-hand list.

Exporting the data

To export attendance records to a CSV, use the three-dots menu and select the Export Table option.

This export will respect your current selection of columns and filters. The export might take up to a few minutes to generate when exporting very large quantities of data.
