Submitted Events Workflow for Courses with Content

This article explains how learning content works for districts that use the submitted learning opportunities workflow.

For those districts who use the review submitted learning opportunities process, event creators will be able to edit course content after the approval, using the following workflow:

  1. Event creator submits a self-paced course with content enabled for approval

  2. District approver approves

  3. Event editor then gets edit access to that course ONLY for learning content steps/modules and related details (the course overview details will not be editable, in line with current functionality)
