Action Items allow you to create simple to do items between coaches and teachers to help keep track of next steps.
Action Items will need to be enabled first within your coaching instance.
To enable Action Items, follow these steps:
1. Select the Coaching Instance where you would like enable Action Items:
2. Select the Edit button on that specific Coaching Instance:
3. Select Settings tab from your coaching instance edit menu.
After you select the Settings tab from the Coaching Instance Edit menu, scroll until you find Action Items and select the Yes toggle.
Action Item Email Notifications
To receive email notifications when an action item is created, completed, or assigned, enable the "send action items notifications" within the settings menu of the instance you are wanting to enable email notifications for.
