Participants can attach files and links — photos, documents, or resources — when they fill out a PD Feedback form. This article shows admins and facilitators where to find those attachments.
You need the View and manage attendance permission to view feedback submissions. Facilitators for a learning opportunity have this permission by default.

Where attachments show up
On by default. Attachments are turned on for PD Feedback forms. There's nothing to set up.
Only on the individual submission. Attachments appear on the submission itself. They don't show up in data tables.

For more on these views, see Analyzing PD Feedback Data.
Good to know
For how participants add attachments, see Adding Attachments to a Form Submission.
There's no set file size limit, but very large files can time out if they are too large or internet speeds aren't fast enough. If an upload keeps spinning and doesn't finish, participants can try a smaller file. This is commonly the case with large video files. To share a video, upload it into Google Drive or Youtube and paste a link to it instead.
If you want attachments turned off, reach out to your KickUp CSM.
