The Walkthroughs module in KickUp allows you to set up and manage processes for running walkthroughs in your organizations, and the Coaching module allows you to manage processes for logging support interactions. Note that these capabilities are available only to users with the appropriate "manage"-level permissions.

Using KickUp, you can create unique forms for each type of walkthrough or coaching log, and you easily assign observers or coaches with a unique roster of people.
